Sauna
Start your session by stepping into a toasty 80+°C sauna. Sit back and relax for the next 10-15 minutes and take in the scenic view.
Dip
Take a dip in the lake or plunge pool and let the crisp, cold water invigorate you. Feel your body recharge and let the endorphins flow.
Feel the Benefits
Repeat the steps for the rest of your session to fully reconnect your mind and body. Shed your worries and stresses and come out a new you!
Sauna Sessions

A Hot Slot is a single space in one of our communal sauna sessions — ideal for regular solo users or small groups looking for a wellness top-up in great company.
We intentionally limit the number of bookings per session to ensure a spacious, comfortable experience:
Mullingar: up to 7 people (45-minute session)
Monaghan: up to 16 people (55-minute session)
Dublin: up to 8 people (45-minute session)
All sessions include time for changing.
Expect a warm, welcoming vibe — and plenty of space to relax. -
You can book a full private session and bring your group — perfect for friends, clubs, or teams:
Mullingar: up to 10 people
Monaghan: up to 25 people
Dublin: up to 14 people
Just select all available spots in a session to book it privately, and bring as many as you feel comfortable with.
